Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, M2 collects the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, project type and location, project details, how you heard about M2, and campaign or landing-page information connected with the inquiry. Name and email are required; the other form fields are optional.

The website and its service providers also receive routine technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, approximate location, and interactions with the site. An IP address is used by the contact service to limit abusive submissions.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the project inquiry form.

How we use information

M2 uses information collected through the website to:

• respond to and follow up on project inquiries;
• evaluate, plan, and communicate about requested services;
• understand how visitors find and use the website;
• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect M2’s rights.

M2 does not sell the information you submit through the contact form or use that contact information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Google Analytics and cookies

M2 uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and engagement. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. It collects information such as page views, interactions, approximate location, and browser and device details. Google uses IP addresses during collection to derive location and then discards them before the data is logged in Analytics.

How we share information

M2 shares information only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to inquiries, or meet legal obligations. Providers that may process information include Vercel for website hosting and request processing, Resend for delivery of contact-form emails, Google for analytics, and content-delivery providers used to load website scripts. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

M2 may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of M2 or others, or in connection with a sale, transfer, or reorganization of the business.

This website links to third-party sites and social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Retention and security

M2 keeps inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and service-provider records are retained according to the applicable account settings and provider policies.

M2 uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this website by emailing matt@m2ldc.com. M2 may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

You can avoid providing form information by contacting M2 by phone instead. Browser controls and the Google opt-out tool described above provide choices about analytics.

The website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Google and other providers may collect information about activity over time and across different websites as described in their own policies.

This website is intended for adults seeking construction services and is not directed to children under 13. M2 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Policy updates

M2 may update this policy as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date at the top will be revised.
